  • The participents are devided into different teams according to the type of activity that was being conducted.
  • Experiential learning and participatory conceptualization are two major stratergies used to impact the concept.

  • CLHRD, a unit of AIM INSIGHTS, the HRD Group, Mangalore conducted the program,
  • The resource materials used are from the Intellectuall Property Bank of AIM INSIGHTS,
  • The Director, AIM INSIGHTS conducts the program Master facilitator of AIM INSIGHTS assists him in the conduct of the development intervention.
